The people were very helpful and guided me through the process of getting my devices hooked up to the new vehicle. It took a few goes. Only issue is that I only received one fob for the car and was told a second one will come in time but I could purchase one sooner. After paying $70k+ for this new car, I think the dealership should have offered me one immediately.

We brought a car with cash and they could not even help me get other key for my 2023 really. I think that says a lot about you treat your cash customers. Plus my car did not a a book in it and was told my my sales lady she oder it but I have not heard anything from her and it's going on 2 weeks . And she said she was going to see what she can do to get me a other key have not heard anything about that either. So it will be hard for me to tell anyone to come to your busy. The staff is friendly but has poor follow through.
The staff is friendly but has poor follow through. Once they sell you a vehicle, they do not return phone calls or provide good customer service. Also, we had to wait 3 hours to sign finance paperwork. The finance guy never returned my phone calls. I need to find out the status of my tag transfer and it’s been 25 days. I guess I’m going to have to drive back to the dealership to get my questions answered.

we came in a few days before purchase and filled out some of the paperwork and learned about another car coming in on Sunday if we wanted that one instead of the one coming in on Monday. Our salesman came in on his day off Sunday, to help us purchase the car. Easy Peasy.

Anthony is the main reason I shopped with Toyota, honest and cares about the customer. But once he got me to the store the rest of the Toyota staff was helpful and patient, taking me through every step with a smile. I plan on shopping with Anthony and Gatorland Toyota for all my car needs.

Pros- Our initial sales guy was wonderful.
Pros- Our initial sales guy was wonderful. The dealership has been very good at support after the sale. Cons- they still try to sneak in extra fees and hope you don’t notice the numbers have changed while you’re negotiating. They still try to pressure you into buying “extras” like extended warranties with all the typical car salesmen shenanigans. But if you’re prepared for dealing with all that, they do stand behind their product

my 2nd time buying a car with them, the First experience
my 2nd time buying a car with them, the First experience was AWESOME.. 5 years later.. not the greatest. Honestly, it was the salesperson who made the experience OK.. if I were to purchase another vehicle from here I would research my salesperson.. His Customer Service just wasn't there .. THEN HE LEFT AND WENT TO STARBUCKS!!!!! left his team to finish up his job.. He also threw up in my face that if I didn't buy the car UF was buying it was sold either way. I tell everyone to void him. 0/10 experience with him.. but overall the experience was great except for the salesperson
